When Making an Appointment

Many Insurance plans are accepted
Cash pay arrangements (at $75/hour) are available (which provide advantages of increased freedom in treatment options due to absence of insurance panel oversight)
Download the "welcome packet" of initial forms so you can complete them in the convenience of your home and at your own schedule (see link above)
Remember to note your password and sign-on information (which the appointment scheduler will give you); you'll need it for future appointments

Coaching

A complementary session is available for those new to coaching to see if this is a good fit for your goals
Coaching is provided on a monthly fee/cash basis
Coaching includes face to face meetings, assignments, and email communication, all focused on achieving your goals
