Appointment Request

To schedule an appointment or to obtain additional information about any of these counseling  or coaching services, please fill out the form below or give me a call.  Want to register online? 

Click here for appointment!  Once you have a sign-on username and password, you can both pre-register and complete intake form. Of course, you can also schedule and modify appointments.

When Making an Appointment

For Therapy

  • Sessions are billed at $100/session for individual and $125 for marital (which provide advantages of increased freedom in treatment options due to absence of insurance panel oversight)
  • You can register online by clicking on the link (see below for full address if link didn't work for you).
  • If you register online, remember to note your password and sign-on information (which the appointment scheduler or the executive assistant will give you); you'll need it for future appointments

For Coaching

  • A complementary session is available for those new to coaching to see if this is a good fit for your goals
  • Coaching is provided on a monthly fee basis
  • Coaching includes face to face meetings, assignments, and email communication, all focused on achieving your goals

What to Expect

Therapy is about creating a safe and growth-producing environment for you to accomplish your goals. I specialize in working with adults on transition and relationship issues and with families on understanding and maximizing the benefit of interpersonal differences. I also work with therapists and others on achieving professional and personal goals as well as on the development of mission statements for individuals and teams.

In therapy you can expect intensive listening, reflection of feelings and help in identifying themes, support in developing new strategies, and the use of tools (including assessments and homework) to rapidly support your growth toward your goals.
Therapy also can include confrontation about dysfunctional thought patterns or unwillingness to deal with one's reality but such confrontation always takes place in a strengths-based manner. It is my belief that one grows and learns best based on a foundation of strengths and honest affirmation.
